E-motion What Love Says…

Feelings in motion are energy. Emotions are energy waiting to be expressed; for energy is always in motion.

Use your voice to speak what you feel, from your heart, from your truth. Allow the motion of feelings to be liberated. Speak truth, utter love, speak words that inspire you; this is how you become real.

Liberate each feeling with empowering love and observe your return home to a coherent, loving heart.

You can shift your perspective while allowing your arms to hold the energy of any feeling. Hold your emotions as you would when you embrace a child in need of love and compassion.

As you embrace emotions, choose to surrender each emotion while in the strength of love. As you surrender, you remember resistance is futile, for it adds fuel to the flames for feelings to emote. Be with your emotions.

Explore your emotional truth through self-awareness and unite it with the energies of wellness found in your authentic heart. Choose to observe and recognize emotions as you process each and allow yourself to resolve and release, letting your heart and body feel safe.

Your emotional growth thrives with awareness and perspective as you remember that wellness is a continuous journey. Be gentle and compassionate as you choose to embrace emotions as part of your inner wholeness.

As you curiously and lovingly choose to inner-stand your true heart, honour what you feel, observe emotions with love, and you will nourish yourself.
Speak lovingly to your soul, heart and body, celebrate your emotions as wellness energy;

I am, love.
I am whole.
I am well.
I am complete.
I am speaking truth.
I am opening my heart.
I honour myself.

Sending oodles of love to all!
