What Is - What Love Says…


The feeling within you right now is a vibration as you embrace the present moment and what is before you. Thoughts and words may emerge from your vibrational feelings.

By choosing to connect with any feeling, you come to inner-stand how to process it. Do you care about how you feel? Is there a more desirable feeling that you wish to create?

Emotions are signals from your heart, guiding you to shift the reality of a situation toward a focused vibration that promotes a sense of well-being. By acknowledging, accepting, and celebrating your feelings as they arise, a new perspective allows your heart to expand.

As you observe what is in front of you, consider the vibration in the moment that provides you with emotional relief. Is that emotional relief best for you? Take time to observe and explore that.

Reflect on how you value yourself and what emotions or feelings are present within you. You have the power to welcome whatever life presents—challenges and opportunities alike.

With conscious awareness, explore thoughts, words, and actions that lead to better feelings, guiding you to a peaceful state of being. What you encounter in life is best addressed through calm and centered awareness of your heart, a heart tuned to the vibrational feelings that yield positive, creative outcomes.

Observe what is in your life while you choose to celebrate who you are, as you are.
