Focus - What Love Says…

Choosing to consciously and lovingly focus as you move forward with a wild, free heart guided by pause, breath and intuition. Where will focus take you? Will you scoop up your paintbrush, loading the brush with colourful, vibrant emotions and new beliefs as you playfully splash love on your canvas of reality?
